My Background

With over 20 years helping people improve, learn and overcome challenges in professional and personal situations I value the opportunity to help develop skills, knowledge, results, confidence, self-understanding and valuable results.

Why Me?

I'm motivated to help people improve by helping them value who they are, not because I tell them, because they learn to tell themselves. They learn what makes them unique and I help them hear their own voice, both personally and professionally.

I always try to be myself and accept I'm far from perfect. I enjoy getting the opportunity to know people better and learn how I can be better.

I enjoy parkrun the effort and the challenge. I read and enjoy learning. I like travel though I rarely have the experiences I expected. I like adventure though I'm risk averse. I value challenges but I'm more effective with guidelines and a plan. I focus on the future which distracts me from being present.
